Veteran Dental Solutions

Veteran-led · Nationwide · No cost to you

Helping veterans access funded dental care.

Many dental conditions can be linked to your service and funded by DVA, but only once they've been properly diagnosed, documented and reported. That's what we do, at no cost to you.

No cost to you. We'll call you back within 1 business day.

  • No out-of-pocket cost for diagnosis, imaging or reporting
  • Assessed and reported by a registered dentist

What we do

One job, done properly.

We are not a dental practice and we are not advocates. We are the specialist step in between: the clinical evidence that turns a dental problem into an accepted DVA condition.

Concierge

We gather your documentation, book your examination and imaging, and chase the charting and clinical notes. You coordinate none of it.

Assessment & reporting

An AHPRA-registered dentist reviews the evidence, assesses the link to your service, and writes a report that meets DVA requirements.

DVA submission

We lodge the report with DVA on your behalf, confirm it has landed, and keep you updated on where things sit.

One phone call is all we need from you. Everything after that is ours.

Why it matters

A dental claim is worth more than dental treatment.

Dental conditions carry impairment points, and those points combine with everything you already have accepted under GARP M.

10

points

Generally the minimum for an initial MRCA permanent impairment entitlement.

60

points

Generally required for Gold Card eligibility under MRCA.

Combined

Dental points don't sit alone. They aggregate with your accepted conditions.

A short conversation will tell you whether it's worth pursuing.

How it works

Four steps. We carry all four.

You make one phone call or fill in one form. The coordination, the clinical work and the paperwork are ours.

01

Discovery

We call you, work out what evidence exists, and book whatever is missing near you.

02

Assessment

A registered dentist examines the evidence and links your conditions to your service.

03

Submission

We lodge the completed report with DVA and confirm it has been received.

04

Support

We stay available afterwards to help you access whatever your outcome opens up.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

What is the benefit of submitting a dental claim?

Two things, and the second is the one most veterans overlook.

Access to treatment. An accepted dental condition is what unlocks DVA-funded dental treatment. Gold Card holders can access the DVA Dental Program. White Card holders can only access dental treatment for conditions DVA has actually accepted, which means the dental condition has to be claimed.

Impairment points. Dental conditions carry impairment points that combine with your other accepted conditions under GARP M. For veterans sitting near a threshold, dental can be the difference that matters.

I already have bruxism accepted. Doesn't that cover my teeth?

No. And this catches a lot of people out.

DVA classifies bruxism as a mental health condition. Funded treatment for bruxism itself is psychological. It does not pay to repair your teeth.

The dental damage caused by grinding (cracked, worn and broken teeth, described as dental attrition) has to be claimed as a separate condition. We've explained this in full here.

What does it cost me?

Nothing. There are no out-of-pocket costs to you for the diagnosis, imaging, assessment or submission of your report.

That is not a promotional offer with conditions attached; it is how the service is structured. If any part of your situation fell outside that, we would tell you before anything went ahead.

I live regionally. Can you still help?

Yes. We work with dental, medical and radiology providers across Australia, including regional and remote areas. Where you live should not determine whether your service is recognised.

We organise the appointments near you and handle the coordination from our end.

More questions are answered on how it works and in the DVA guide.

60-second check

Could you have a dental claim?

Tick anything that applies to you. Nothing is recorded and nothing is sent. It's simply a way to work out whether this is worth a conversation.

Dental claim indicators

Tick the statements above that apply to you.

This is general information, not a clinical assessment or a guarantee of eligibility. Only DVA can determine your entitlements.

Next step

You've already done the hard part.

You served. Getting the dental consequences of that service recognised shouldn't be another battle, and it shouldn't cost you anything. Tell us where you're at and we'll take it from there.

No cost, no obligation. If we're not the right fit we'll tell you, and point you somewhere that is.
